What is an Exercise Physiologist / EP?

An Exercise Physiologist (EP) is a university qualified allied health professional who has the experience and knowledge of how exercise impacts human physiology. EPs have the skills to assess, deliver and prescribe safe, effective and evidence-based exercise prescription to manage medical conditions, injuries and disabilities.

Exercise Physiologists use exercise as the main treatment modality to help you improve your health and wellbeing. Helping you to move better, reduce pain and manage other health markers.

EPs work with a wide variety of people across the lifespan and a wide range of health conditions and pathologies, some of these can be seen on our about page. 

Neurological Conditions

Including:
